your data
Delete your Raava account.
This page is for the Raava app, made by Mana Cores Limited. It shows how to delete your account, what we delete, and what we keep and for how long.
Delete it in the app
Before you start: deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. If you pay for Raava, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first, or you will keep being charged. The delete screen has a Manage subscription link that takes you there.
- 1Open Raava. On Home, tap the round button with your initial at the top of the screen. This opens Settings.
- 2Under Account, tap Privacy & data.
- 3Scroll down to Your data and tap Delete account.
- 4Type DELETE in the box and tap Delete.
This permanently deletes your account and the data tied to it. It cannot be undone.
Can't use the app?
If you have lost your phone or removed the app, email legal@heyraava.com and ask us to delete your account. Write from the email address you use for Raava if you can, so we can match the request to your account.
We reply to verified requests within the time the law requires, and we will tell you when your account has been deleted.
What we delete
Delete your account and your records go from our main database, with the few exceptions listed below. Shared groups may pass to another owner, and challenges you created may stay without your name as the creator. Deleted records include:
- your profile
- your training records
- your nutrition records
- your body records, such as weight and measurements
- your cycle records
- your supplements and medicines, including ones you had removed from your stack, and any prescriber, pharmacy or condition details you entered
- your daily check ins
- anything read from your phone's health platform
- your consent records
- your billing entitlement
On your phone, the app's saved settings and anything still waiting to be sent are cleared too.
What we keep, and for how long
- Deletion follow up record
- If a deletion step does not finish, we keep a short record of your account identifier, when you asked and which steps are done, so we can finish the deletion by hand. It holds nothing else, and we delete it as soon as the deletion is finished, or after 90 days at the latest.
- Billing receipt records
- We keep billing receipt records, but remove the link to your account and the details sent with each receipt. The app store's own reference for the purchase stays, because that is what stops the same purchase being processed twice.
- What the law requires
- We may keep limited data where we must, to comply with the law, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
- Backups
- Our hosting provider keeps backup copies of our database. Data you delete can stay in those backups for up to 30 days, and then the backups holding it are overwritten. We use them only to restore the service after a failure. The database we used in London until 24 September 2026 was deleted, backups included, on 26 September 2026.
- Who else we ask to erase you
- Deleting your account also asks our subscription provider to erase the profile it holds for you, and asks our analytics provider to erase any profile it holds for you. The app stopped telling the analytics tool who you are on 17 September 2026, and asking for a copy of your data stopped telling it on 25 September 2026, so it creates no such profile today. It may still hold one made before then, and this request is what erases it. If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to end the link between your Apple ID and the app. You can end it yourself at any time in your Apple ID settings, under Sign in with Apple.
- One thing deletion does not reach
- Our crash reporting provider cannot delete one person's reports on their own, so the reports it holds, which carry your account identifier and no email address, are not erased when you delete your account. The provider deletes them when its retention period ends.
- A file on your own phone
- If you imported workouts from Strong or Hevy, Raava tries to delete its temporary copy after reading it and checks for leftovers when you delete your account. Your original export stays wherever you saved it. It is not on our systems, and deleting Raava does not remove that original.
Delete some data and keep your account
- Take back a health permission
In Settings, tap Health data permissions for four permissions, or Health data sources for your phone health connection. Taking one back deletes what was stored under it. The app shows exactly what will go before you confirm.
- Cycle: your cycle history and settings. We also clear whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding, and switch cycle tracking off.
- Prescription medicines: those medicines and the record of when you took them, including ones you had removed from your stack.
- Weight and measurements: the weights you typed in and your body measurements.
- Daily check ins: all of them.
- Your phone's health platform: everything we read from it.
We keep the record that you gave the permission and the record that you took it back. It holds no health data.
- Undo an import
If you imported workouts from Strong or Hevy, you can undo the whole import, which deletes those sessions.
- Medicine details
Removing a supplement or medicine from your stack hides it but does not erase it. You can edit or clear the prescriber, pharmacy and condition details when you edit the medicine, without deleting the rest of your record.
- Anything else
You can ask us to erase other data by emailing legal@heyraava.com.
Keep a copy first
To keep a copy before you delete anything, go to Settings, tap Privacy & data, and tap Export my data. You get a file of the data tied to your account.
