This Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on the raava website at heyraava.com. The raava mobile app does not use browser cookies. It uses local device storage and push notification tokens, which are described in our Privacy Policy.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser when you visit a website. Cookies allow websites to remember information across sessions, for example which features you have interacted with, or whether you have dismissed a banner.

2. Cookies we use on this website

Strictly necessary

These cookies are required for core functionality and are set without consent because the website would not work without them.

Session and CSRF tokens to keep your form submissions secure when you contact us or sign up for founder access.

Preferences

Stored only when you actively change a preference, for example dismissing a banner. Set in your browser's local storage.

Analytics

We use PostHog in the EU region to count anonymous launch-page views and click-throughs to the App Store and Play Store, including campaign, creative, and device platform. The launch tracker does not identify you and does not store an analytics identifier in a browser cookie or local storage. Data is not used for advertising.

3. We do not use

Advertising or remarketing cookies.
Third-party social plugins that set cookies on page load.
Cross-site tracking pixels.

4. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through Settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the website, for example contact forms.

5. Changes

If we add new cookie categories, for example an embedded video player, we will update this page and re-prompt for consent where legally required.
